You can tell he’s incurably positive in his outlook by the number of times Andy says ‘excellent’. You just wouldn’t be saying that kind of thing upwards of 20 times a day unless life was good.

And life must be good really – Andy’s gone and got himself a highly successful company built on great work, strong reputation and good old fashioned client service, and he never even went to university!!

Early on in his career, the entrepreneurial spirit kicked in, and Andy paid some kids much less than the going rate to deliver his paper round, pocketing the difference. A boss was born…not a very good one, but things have moved on now.

By way of a career in various junior, middleweight and senior graphic design positions, Andy found himself sat at his kitchen table doing his first jobs under the Rocket name. It’s fair to say that was a big moment – in one day he packed in his job, started Rocket and got engaged.

His favourite thing about his working life is client relationships and getting to work with some inspiring people. When he’s not in charge of Rocket, life’s all about socialising and  having fun and…well, maybe not intentionally, breaking ankles (his own, not late-paying clients). So far, he’s racked up an impressive 5 breaks!
