Printsta

In 2011 we decided to branch out into experimenting with creating and selling a physical product. Looking for a niche product idea, we realised that while retro-style photography smartphone apps such as Hipstamatic and Instagram are increasingly popular, but for those who get physical prints made, there's no nice photo albums which fit the square prints nicely.

So we came up with Printsta (see this blog post for more details of the story).

We created a suitably Hipster identity, and a simple, single page e-commerce site, powered by Shopify. Of course the site has full analytics so we can see who's visiting, and is being backed up with a social media campaign.
