Creating a polished online home for a unique project
2010 sees the University of Sheffield launch a unique project, led by the Faculty of Science: Project Sunshine. Project Sunshine aims to harness the power of the sun to tackle the biggest challenge facing the world today: meeting the increasing food and energy needs of the world’s population in the context of an uncertain climate and global environment change.
Project Sunshine unites scientists across the traditional boundaries in both the pure and applied sciences. Together, they are looking for new ways to use the sun’s energy more efficiently to increase food production and provide more renewable energy.
Working with an existing identity, which was rather nice, Rckt created a stunning website design befitting this unique global project.
